As fitness, health, and gymnastics professionals, it is our vision to provide a service and learning environment that promotes, encourages, and provides a lifetime of physical activity and wellness to children and families. Together, Amanda Lorenz and Stephanie Green maintain a unique facility dedicated to the presenting of knowledge and skill necessary to connect sport and fitness concepts to a lifetime of success. With the use of strategic planning, we believe that this can be accomplished by providing an array of gymnastics and fitness programs that motivates, inspires, and engages student interest. Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics stems from an exceptional opportunity. Amanda and Stephanie have had a close relationship with one another for over twenty seven years. Young, innovative, and determined, we, the owners of Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics are passionately dedicated to serving our customers.
Co-Owners
Amanda Lorenz is a Co-Owner of Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics. With over twenty two years experience coaching in the gymnastics and youth fitness industry, she is known throughout the Bergen County, NJ and Wicomico County, MD areas. She has coached competitive gymnastics for USAG Levels 1-10 and directed recreational and team gymnastics programs. She has experience in sport specific and youth fitness exercise training as well as using the latest technology in analyzing movements. She has been involved in coordinating activities for many charity fitness events such as NFL Play 60, Jump Rope for Heart, and Relay for Life. Amanda graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, Health, and Exercise Science. She is a certified Physical Education and Health professional and member of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. Her youth consisted of competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, and an array of various athletics. Amanda is CPR/First Aid/AED Certified, a Professional Member of USA Gymnastics, USA Gymnastics National Safety Certified, and USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certified.
Stephanie Green is a Co-Owner of Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics. She is well-known in the Bergen County area with over twenty one years experience in coaching and managing gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, and youth group fitness training. She has served as a cheerleading judge, choreographer of competitive routines, and director of mini-cheer camps. Her youth consisted of performance in various athletics, gymnastics, dance, and competitive cheerleading on a national level. She is a supporter and active participant in various health related charity events and walks such as Relay For Life. Graduating from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing, she has hands-on business experience working at various corporations. As a member of the American Marketing Association, she has vast industry knowledge. Stephanie is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, USA Gymnastics National Safety Certified, USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certified, and CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.

Manager
Donna Foudy is a Manager and a USAG Coach at Aeon since 2014. Donna was a Saint Joseph Regional HS Cheerleader. She was a High School Cheer Captain. Donna is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management at Saint Thomas Aquinas College. She was a finalist for Greatmats National Gymnastics Coach of the Year. Donna was formerly a Studio Manager of Orangetheory Fitness and a Supervisor of Life Time Athletic. “You get more with sugar than with salt.” “Aeon has become my second home, and my coworkers have become my second family. I love working in a positive environment, where everyone around you wants to see you succeed.” Donna is CPR / First Aid / AED Certified. Front Desk Office Staff
Bari Weinstein is a Front Desk Office Staff Member and a Coach at Aeon since 2011. Bari was a PV Regional Gymnastics Competitive Gymnast. She was a SUNY Cortland Club Gymnast. Bari has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. Bari is an Elementary School Teacher. “My favorite thing about Aeon is the family atmosphere. Everyone truly cares about each other and motivating each other to be the best version of themselves.” “My goal is to brighten the day of whoever walks into Aeon! As a teacher and coach, I hope to inspire these young athletes to be the best version of themselves and realize that hard work pays off.” Bari is CPR / First Aid / AED Certified. Competitive Team Coaches
Roberta Terra-Monari is a USAG Coach at Aeon since 2017. Beta was a Brazilian Elite Gymnast and National Team Member. She was a competitor in the Summer Universiade in South Korea and Turkey for the International Multi Sport Event for Collegiate Athletes. Beta was a Cirque du Soleil Artist. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. “I love working at Aeon because we are a big family. Everyone knows how to work together and respect each other for the same overall goal.” “I believe that hard work, perseverance, and a correct mindset are the keys to being a successful gymnast.” Beta is CPR / First Aid / AED Certified. She is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, and USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certified.
Yury Timofeev is a USAG Coach at Aeon since 2017. Yury is a Russian Elite Gymnast and National Team Member. He is a European Championship Medalist in Greece. Yury is a Medalist in the Summer Universiade in South Korea at the International Multi Sport Event for Collegiate Athletes. He was a Cirque du Soleil Artist. Yury has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. “I believe that strong basics, hard work, and a positive environment will lead you to your goals.” “I love the family environment we have at Aeon”. Jorge Cabrera is a USAG, USAIGC, and GAP Coach at Aeon since 2013. Jorge was a Competitive Gymnast. He was a breakdancing and hip hop dancer. Jorge worked at The Police Academy and One Police Plaza for the NYPD. He worked for the Fire Arm Divisions. Jorge trained and oriented new cadets for the Police Cadet Program as a Cadet Sergeant. He volunteered as an EMT. Jorge headed emergency calls in Bergen County and the transportation of medical related patients. He works for the family court. Jorge is a calligraphy and graffiti artist. “My favorite thing about Aeon is the opportunity to be a role model and to shape athletes for the real world.” “My goal as a coach is to remind athletes that every time you rest, there is always someone else working harder. In order to be an even better gymnast, you must practice the ability to persevere even when scared, and using your emotions as adrenaline to push past your fears.” Jorge is CPR / First Aid / AED Certified. Samantha Venneman is a USAG Coach at Aeon since 2019. Sam was a Competitive Gymnast. She was a USAG Regional and National Qualifier. Sam was a Competitive Cheerleader. She was a High School Gymnastics Team Captain. Sam has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. She is a Certified Nurse Assistant. “My goal as a coach is always to bring out the best in each gymnast by physically and mentally preparing them to be the best they can be in a positive and encouraging coaching manner.” “I love the support from the staff at Aeon and how we all work together to make Aeon a safe and successful environment for all.” Sam is CPR / First Aid / AED Certified. Salvatore Arcuri is a USAG Men’s Coach at Aeon since 2010. Sal was a ballroom dancer. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Secondary Education from Ramapo College. Sal is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sports Management and Leadership. He is a Certified Gymnastics Judge. Sal is a Director of Research for the Men’s Intercollegiate Gymnastics Support Program. “I love how the coaching staff all works together to help the kids achieve their goals. We are like a second family, all helping each other to provide the best experience for the kids.” “My ultimate goal is to provide both quality and high level recreational and competitive outlets in gymnastics for boys in the Pascack Valley and beyond.” Sal is CPR / First Aid / AED Certified. Jessica Armstrong is a USAIGC Coach at Aeon since 2010. Jessie was a Competitive Gymnast. She was a Vault, Beam, and Floor State Champion. Jessie has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Ramapo College. She has a NJ K-6 Teaching License. Jessie is a Kindergarten Teacher. “I love all of my gymnasts and working with such an amazing staff that is like a second family to me.” “I wish to not only make my gymnasts better athletes but to make my gymnasts better people as well.” Jessie is CPR / First Aid / AED Certified. Jessie Heffler is a USAIGC Coach at Aeon since 2011. Jessie was a Competitive Gymnast. She was a Bars, Beam, and Floor State Champion. Jessie was an All Around State Champion. She has NJ Life Insurance and NJ Health Insurance Producer Licenses. Jessie is a Life and Health Insurance Account Executive. “I love working in such a positive environment with an amazing staff.
