All classes in the mini movers programs are designed for students 18 months to 5 years. Classes are composed of movement, discovery, and basic gymnastics and ninja warrior.

Aeon is known for its gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, and ninja warrior programs for ages 5-18. Our facility is designed to enhance skill, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Aeon’s competitive and pre-competitive teams are one of the best in the area. Competitive team programs are by invite only.
