Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics offers birthday parties for three main age ranges (children ages 18 months to 15 years) with: Gymnastics & Ninja Warrior Combo. All parties are equipped with a minimum of one instructor per 9 children.

Aeon’s Gymnastics and Movement Birthday Party is 90 minutes designed for children ages 3-9. 90 minutes is gymnastics, ninja warrior, and fitness fun and games inside the gym area. The children are instructed through a heart pumping and welcoming warm-up to music. These birthday guests jump and play on our trampolines, and explore and move through a gym wide obstacle course full of Aeon’s climbing and swinging apparatus, trampolines, and use of various gymnastics and ninja warrior equipment. Our Birthday Party instructors will have the children engaged in contests, challenges, gymnastics, and high energy friend bonding activities focusing on the birthday child. In our lobby area or outside in our parking lot, all parents are welcome to view. The birthday family may supply a grab and go treat or goodie bag. Aeon’s Parent and Me Birthday Party is 90 minutes designed for toddlers ages 18 months – 3 years. This child and family friendly party is 90 minutes of gymnastics, ninja warrior, and movement fun and games. Every child must be accompanied by only one adult inside of the gym area. With adult assistance, toddlers will join in on a welcoming movement warm-up to engaging music focusing on the birthday child. With smiles, these toddlers will explore Aeon’s gym-wide obstacles course which includes various jumping, climbing, and swinging apparatus. The lobby area or outside in our parking lot, all parents are welcome to view. A grab and go treat may be supplied by the birthday family. No additional adults are permitted inside of the gym. All Party Rules:

• Have fun!
• All grab and go treats / goodie bags are supplied by the birthday family.
• Birthday family, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the party to set-up any decorations.
• Only the parents of the birthday child are permitted inside of the gym area at any time for children ages 3 to 15 years.
• No child under 18 months is permitted inside of the gym. Only children between 18 months and 3 years require a parent inside the gym to assist the child during the party.
• Due to our insurance policy, absolutely no adults allowed on gym equipment.
• No shoes or socks are permitted inside of the gym area.
• Absolutely no food or drink is permitted inside of the gym area.
• Drop off and pick up recommended for adults, viewing available from our lobby area or parking lot outside with full windows to the gym.
• Party instructors will coach up to 90 minutes in the gym. They are available to assist in setting up and cleaning up.
• All parties must be cleaned up/exited within the designated party time.
