GYMNASTICS (5 – 18 YRS)


Our Gymnastics program offers three levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) to challenge and support every athlete, from curious beginners to accomplished gymnasts! Led by experienced coaches in a safe and nurturing environment, our program fosters a love of movement while building a strong foundation in gymnastics. All classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for a 10-week session. Classes are for ages 5 - 18 years and are broken out into age appropriate groups.


Aeon is proud to provide an established gymnastics curriculum. Parents are able to follow along with each athlete's progress by viewing their skill tree report cards.

GENERAL GYMNASTICS

60 minute class (once per week)

Ages 5-15 years

10 Week Session - $300

Designed for beginner gymnasts, our General Gymnastics program uses an age appropriate curriculum to teach fundamental skills on bars, beam, floor, tumble track, and trampoline. Through foundational skills like rolls, cartwheels, bar swings, and balance beam walks, children develop coordination, balance, and strength in a fun and energetic environment.

INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS

60 minute class (once per week)

Ages 5-15 years

10 Week Session - $300

Take your gymnast's skills to the next level in our Intermediate Gymnastics program! This class is designed for athletes with prior gymnastics experience or those who have successfully completed our General Gymnastics program.


Here, your child will refine their tumbling routines on the floor, learn more complex beam sequences, and progress their abilities on the bars. On the trampoline, they'll develop greater aerial awareness and control, while the tumble track provides a safe space to work advanced tumbling skills. Through focused training, they'll build not only their physical abilities but also their confidence and self-discipline. ADVANCED GYMNASTICS

Our Advanced Gymnastics program is designed to push your athlete to their full potential! This class is ideal for gymnasts with a strong background in the sport or those who have successfully completed our Intermediate Gymnastics program.


In Advanced Gymnastics, your child will progress their abilities across all apparatus. They'll work complex floor skills and sequences, tackle challenging beam work, and elevate their bar routines. The trampoline and tumble track challenge athletes to push aerial limits, developing both precision and control. Our dedicated training environment focuses on expanding athletic boundaries and maximizing your gymnast's abilities. HIGH SCHOOL ADVANCED GYMNASTICS

2 hour class, meets twice per week

Ages 15-18 years

10 week session - $300

High School Advanced Gymnastics Class is for intermediate and advanced female gymnasts ages 15-18 on a high school gymnastics team. This program focuses on mastering elements critical for high school routines, utilizing all gymnastics equipment (floor,tumble track, bars, beam, vault) under the guidance of experienced coaches who personalize training plans for each gymnast's individual goals and skill progression. This is a dedicated program requiring 4 hours per week (2 hour class, 2 days per week)

BOYS GYMNASTICS

Ages 5-12 years

Our Boys Gymnastics program (ages 5-12) is an action-packed class where boys build strength, power, and coordination on the floor, trampoline, tumble track, parallel bars, and high bar. Through a fun and challenging curriculum, they'll master basic skills like rolls, cartwheels, and jumps, progressing to more advanced techniques like flips, handsprings, and bar routines. Our experienced coaches lay the foundation for movement that improves performance in all other sports and physical activities.
