TUMBLE & CHEER (5 – 18 YRS)

Our tumbling program offers classes for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Students will learn a variety of tumbling skills on the floor, trampoline, and tumble track, progressing at their own pace. With a focus on safety and fun, our classes cater to both recreational learners and aspiring competitive tumblers. All classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for a 10-week session. Classes are for ages 5 - 18 years and are broken out into age appropriate groups.

BEGINNER TUMBLE

60 minute class (once per week)

Ages 5-15 years

10 Week Session - $300

Our Beginner Tumbling class is the perfect starting point for athletes looking to develop their tumbling skills. Focusing on fundamental movements, students will learn essential tumbling skills like forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and roundoffs, with the ultimate goal of achieving unassisted front and back walkovers. Our experienced coaches will guide you through progressions using our spring floor, trampoline, tumble track, air track, and various matting to ensure safety and success. No previous experience is required!

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLE

60 minute class

Ages 7-18 years

10 Week Session - $300

Our Intermediate Tumbling class is designed to take your tumbling to the next level. This class requires a front or back walkover on the floor and focuses on mastering front and back handsprings and tucks on all surfaces. Utilizing spring floor, tumble track, air track, trampoline, and appropriate matting, students will refine their techniques, increase power and control, and work through individualized skill progressions. Our experienced coaches break down skills into achievable steps to help students reach their tumbling goals.

ADVANCED TUMBLE

Ages 7-18 years

10 Week Session - $300

Advanced Tumbling is designed to elevate your tumbling to the highest recreational level. This class requires a front or back handspring on any surface (floor, tumble track, trampoline) and focuses on refining these skills while beginning to connect them into tumbling passes. Using spring floor, tumble track, air track, and trampoline, students will increase power, control, and precision. Our expert coaches provide guidance and spotting to ensure safety and progression towards each student's individual tumbling goals.

DANCER'S ACRO TUMBLE

60 minute class (once per week)

Ages 7-18 years

10 Week Session - $300

Our Dancer's Acro class is designed for dancers (ages 7-18) looking to enhance their acrobatic skills. Whether you're a recreational or competitive dancer, you'll master essential dance acro elements like step outs and aerials. Our class incorporates a variety of equipment including spring floor, trampoline, tumble track, and air track to improve strength, flexibility, and control. Coaches will work with students to develop individualized progression plans for the skills each dancer is looking to master.

HIGH SCHOOL TUMBLE

60 minute class

Ages 13-18 years

10 Week Session - $300

Our High School Tumble class is designed for students in high school who are cheerleaders, dancers, or simply passionate about tumbling. We'll cover a wide range of skills from beginner to advanced, including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, aerials, walkovers, handsprings, tucks,and layouts. Utilizing our tumble track, trampolines, and spring floor, you'll build strength, flexibility, and power while mastering new tricks. Our expert coaches provide instruction and spotting to ensure safety and progress.

CHEERLEADING

60 minute class

Ages 5-18 years

10 Week Session - $300

Our Cheerleading Class is open to students of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced cheerleader, you'll find the perfect challenge.


We'll focus on building a strong foundation in cheerleading fundamentals, including jumps, motions, and tumbling. You'll also learn essential stunting techniques and how to create dynamic cheerleading combinations.


Our goal is to help you reach your full potential and prepare for an amazing cheer season!


To enhance your skills, we'll utilize a variety of equipment including spring floor, trampoline, tumble track, air track, and various matting. Classes may be divided by age and ability to ensure everyone gets the most out of their training.
