Group Instruction

Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics offer its group sports performance training to outside teams for a variety of fitness and athletic needs. Aeon offers classes for fitness badges in girl scout/boy scout troops, strength, flexibility, and endurance enhancement for sports teams such as dance, soccer, cheerleading, basketball, track and field, etc.
